SAN ANTONIO, TX – Non-Surgical Center of Texas founder Dr. Annette Zaharoff and Julie Barnett, Doctor of Physical Therapy, are among the orthopedic experts presenting this weekend at the 42nd Annual Symposium on Sports Medicine.

The Symposium, at the Marriott Plaza San Antonio, is a three-day forum geared toward sports medicine specialists including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, coaches and athletic trainers.  Participants will hear from experts on ways to prevent, diagnose and treat sports-related injuries.

Dr. Zaharoff will be a featured speaker at 9:40 am Friday, Jan. 23. Her presentation titled Status of the Joint Injection Therapy will address the latest techniques in regenerative injections including stem cell and platelet-rich plasma injection therapies as non-surgical alternatives to treating joint injuries.

Barnett will be part of a panel of leading physical therapists addressing Trunk and Lower Extremity Biomechanics and Rehabilitation at 10:10 am Saturday, Jan. 24.
