Shea Jarrett:  

Physical Therapist

Shea Jarrett earned her manual Therapy Certification during her doctoral studies at the University of St. Augustine. There she studied under Dr. Stanely Paris who is the founding chairman of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association and the International Federation of Orthopedic Manipulative Therapists. She utilizes an eclectic manual approach to specialize in the treatment of spinal dysfunctions and injuries. Shea Also has a special interest in the treatment of injuries in dancers and has taken advanced coursework in the area, most recently in New York City at the Harkness Center for Dance injuries.

  • Sports Clinics
Our Sport Clinics are individually scheduled with one athlete and one sports physical therapist. During this one on one time, we will evaluate your flexibility, strength, and balance, and make home recommendations for your exercise program and to enhance performance. You will be videotaped to assess your technique and receive recommendations about your form as well as your equipment. Learn from the experts in sports medicine to add additional power and confidence to your game. Recreational and professional athletes welcome.
  • Gym Membership
Monthly memberships are available at our private, physical therapy facility. An exercise program will be individualized for you as we incorporate the latest principles in exercise science to ensure a safe and powerful program. Enjoy the safe, clean environment with a panoramic view of San Antonio overlooking the hill country and medical center of San Antonio.
  • Scheduling
Our front office will assist you in scheduling an appointment that is convenient for you. We have early and late hours available Monday through Friday.
